HSEQ Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator to join our Operational Integrity (OI) team. The OI team is responsible for maintaining robust systems to ensure safe and secure operations through a continuous improvement cycle. Our function encompasses defining performance requirements and targets across health, safety, security, environment, quality and asset integrity, both in projects and offshore operations.

As our HSEQ Coordinator, you will dive into a variety of tasks that are foundational to safe and responsible operations.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Managing HSEQ work systems, such as Synergi Life, to support organisational learning from incidents and normal work.
Producing reporting systems capable of insightful HSEQ performance reports that drives continuous improvement across the organisation.
Leading the efforts to maintain HSEQ Certifications, including ISO, ISM, and ISPS.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in HSEQ roles, preferably in offshore, maritime, or oil and gas industries.
A solid understanding of HSEQ best practices and industry standards.
Experience in organizing third-party audits and developing/maintaining management systems and performance reporting systems.
High proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft 365 applications and Power BI.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
