Campaign Maintenance Coordinator

BW Offshore is looking for a Campaign Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance Team for the FPSO Opal, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendents. The successful candidate will coordinate and provide support for all campaign maintenance activities.

This position will be based offshore on a rotational roster.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Interface with Engineering, Supply Chain and Offshore Teams to support the campaign maintenance schedule, and assist in reviews of specifications and drawings
  • Perform the role of facility focal point for campaign maintenance work scopes and facilitate administration of contractors work scopes.
  • Ensure Equipment and Materials mobilisations are correct and in a state of readiness prior to contractors being mobilised to the facility.
  • Support preparation of relevant Permits / Isolations / Risk Assessments under the control of work system for campaign maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all related tasks are undertaken to the required standard and performed in a safe, productive manner
  • Support the MOC implementation offshore for all disciplines
  • Assist in the identification, preparation and closeout of work orders, preparation of purchase requisitions related to MOCs
  • Support continuous improvement for the MOC life cycle process
  • Assist in arranging work permits, JSA’s, safety tests and actions related to safety
  • Support the offshore team in other tasks as and when required by the offshore management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering however relevant offshore experience may replace formal qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience within an offshore environment and/ or oil and gas industry
  • Previous experience with construction of an FPSO and/ or oil and gas facility

Skills

  • Good understanding of various engineering disciplines and their interactions with different phases of construction, commissioning and operations
  • Knowledge of FPSO systems and ability to analyse relevant designs and documents
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to ask relevant questions and provide thorough explanations
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team, applying a structured and systematic approach
  • Ability to deliver high quality within deadlines in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
