Lessons Learned Coordinator

BW Offshore is recruiting a Lesson Learned Coordinator (2 Years Contract Position) for the Engineering/ TMS department. Employment will be in the Singapore office.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITIES
•To ensure lessons learned at various phases (conversion, integration, commissioning, operation and life extension) are captured and fully applied for future projects and units in operation.
•To ensure facilities are maintained and managed with respect to regulatory requirements applicable to each country
•Coordinate lessons learned activities within BWO including update of specifications and other documents / systems as applicable through relevant parties such as Technical Authorities.
•Analyse and collate information from external and internal lessons learned informative systems.
•Root Cause Analysis of failures during operations, which covers decisions during project phase and operation phase. This also includes shutdown / break down report reviews and investigation.
•Provide input for new project bids and variation orders, based on Lessoned Learned from operating units.
•Ensure lessons learned are implemented for new builds, new conversions and upgrade projects.
•Provide technical and maintenance support in terms of Process and as per BWO procedures.
•Provide technical support to the emergency response team as and when required.
•Visit the units as and when required.

QUALIFICATION

Education
•Degree or Diploma in any engineering discipline from recognized University /Institute.

Experience
•10 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry.
•Offshore / FPSO operations experience is required.

•Good command of English language, written and spoken.
